Kevin & Karen // Castle Green Hotel Wedding

What an absolute blast I had with Kevin and Karen, two of the nicest people you could ever care to meet. Kevin and Karen's Lake District wedding was organised and supported by one of my very favourite charities, Gift of a Wedding. Gift of a Wedding help those with a life-shortening illness have the wedding of their dreams, and they always manage to create an amazing day.

It was a gorgeous, intimate day, with a total party of ten of the most special people in Kevin and Karen's lives. The love for these guys was just so obvious, with everyone smiling from ear to ear, and laughing and giggling with Kevin and Karen, who just don't seem to let anything in life phase them. They are a fun-loving, bubbly and kind couple who it's clear to see love each other with every bone in their body. Their Kendal Register Office ceremony was full of tender moments, but mainly laughter and fun. Kevin rarely puts his serious face on, and when he did it was only at the request of the registrar! The fabulous Castle Green Hotel kindly hosted their wedding breakfast reception in the Greenhouse Restaurant - literally the most perfect place for their meal; with beautiful views and access straight down to their stunning grounds.
