Becca & Michael // Tweedies Grasmere Wedding Photography

This is my FIRST BLOG IN OVER A YEAR! Shocking, I know.. however it’s been crazy, LIFE has been crazy. With three times the normal number of weddings over the last 4/5 months, shooting and editing has been my priority! To give myself a break from editing I thought I’d have a look back on some of the utterly amazing weddings I’ve shot since weddings were allowed to go ahead again.

Becca & Michael were married at Tweedies in the heart of Grasmere. It was the first wedding I’d shot at Tweedies, and I hope it won’t be the last because it honestly is a stunning venue. By the start of June, the government were allowing 30 people at a wedding, so Becca and Michael grabbed the opportunity to have a small but mighty celebration with their closest friends and family. It was smiles from the morning onwards, and I knew it would be because when I’d met them a couple of months before for their preshoot, we’d had a ball! I love couples who share my sense of humour, and Becca and Michael were definitely one of those couples! I always feel like i’ve done a good job if I can look at the portraits and see the couples personality - I think it’s safe to say they sum up Becca and Michael perfectly!

Now I need to write this out a few times..
