The stunning Oxleaze Barn in Oxfordshire was the setting for Laura and Anthony’s amazing wedding day. This Lake District wedding photographer does love to travel around the country! I’m a sucker for a barn wedding, I absolutely LOVE them, so this was the perfect venue for me. I love the character, the pockets of light, and the general laid back chilled out vibe you always seem to get from a barn wedding.
The weather was perfect, hardly a cloud in the sky all day, which does always make for hours of gulping down water like it’s going out of fashion, but it puts smiles on faces saves getting the umbrellas out!
Laura looked absolutely beautiful - her dress was pretty much how I’d imagined it would be after meeting them for the first time in March. I’m rarely wrong about these things, which is why I never discuss dresses with the groom… Speaking of which, Anthony looked fabulous too.. but hey.. it’s no dress ;)
